Located in the peaceful Mond-Aire Heights subdivision in Millville, the Millhaven home blends timeless architecture with warm, livable design. Built by Anderson Signature Homes, this home was also featured in the Top of Utah Parade of Homes — a testament to the level of craftsmanship and detail throughout.
With its light stone exterior and soft neutral palette, the home makes a refined first impression. Inside, it was designed for gathering, comfort, and everyday life.
At the center of it all is a chef’s kitchen crafted to feel like the true heart of the home — and we were proud to build the custom cabinetry that anchors the space.
A Light, Timeless Kitchen Palette
The kitchen perimeter cabinetry is finished in Accessible Beige (SW7036), a soft, warm neutral that keeps the space feeling bright without being stark. With large windows filling the home with natural light, the painted cabinetry reflects that light beautifully and enhances the open, airy feel.
Rather than chasing trends, this palette leans into longevity. Neutral painted cabinetry offers flexibility for future updates while maintaining a classic, welcoming atmosphere.
A Statement Island in Rustic Hickory
While the perimeter cabinetry keeps the space light and cohesive, the island introduces warmth and depth.
The kitchen island is built from rustic brown hickory with a mocha stain, creating a rich contrast against the softer perimeter tone. The natural character of hickory adds texture and visual interest without overwhelming the clean design of the kitchen. This pairing of painted cabinetry and stained wood brings balance to the space — timeless, but far from plain.
Frameless (Euro-Style) Cabinet Construction
All cabinetry in the Millhaven kitchen was built using a Euro-style, frameless cabinet box construction.
Frameless cabinetry offers:
-
Clean, modern lines
-
Increased interior storage space
-
A sleek, seamless appearance
The precision required in frameless construction ensures consistent alignment, smooth operation, and a refined finish throughout the kitchen.
Fully Custom, Built for This Home
This kitchen is entirely custom — because that’s how we build.
Every cabinet was designed specifically for this layout, allowing the space to function beautifully while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The custom range area, island proportions, and overall flow were built to complement both daily life and entertaining.
Open living areas connect naturally to the kitchen, reinforcing its role as a gathering space. Whether hosting guests or enjoying a quiet evening at home, the design supports both comfort and functionality.
A Parade of Homes-Worthy Collaboration
Projects like this are the result of strong collaboration. Working alongside Anderson Signature Homes, the vision for this home came together seamlessly — blending upscale finishes, detailed craftsmanship, and thoughtful layout decisions.
Being featured in the Top of Utah Parade of Homes highlights the care and intention behind every design choice, from architectural details to cabinetry construction.
