Our Process
From concept to completion, here’s how we make your custom cabinetry project a success.
Measure Your Space
Starting your custom cabinetry project is simple and stress-free. For a free, no-obligation estimate, begin by measuring your space. You can bring your floor plans and measurements to us, or one of our experts can come to your home to ensure accuracy. Be sure to include wall dimensions, ceiling heights, and appliance specifications. Once we have your details, we’ll provide a general estimate within a few days so you know what to expect. Our goal is to make the planning process seamless and help set your project up for success.

Meet with a Designer
Next, you’ll meet with one of our experienced designers to fine-tune your project. We listen carefully to your needs and vision, then draft and revise plans until everything is just right. We guide you through selecting materials, finishes, colors, and hardware from our curated collection, ensuring every choice aligns with your style and functional needs. By providing expert advice every step of the way, we help you feel confident in your decisions while creating a space that truly reflects your home.

Production
Once your selections are approved, our production process begins. At Rivermill, we combine advanced machinery with skilled craftsmanship, resulting in precise, high-quality cabinets built to last. Features like dovetail joinery, soft-close glides, and premium finishes ensure every detail is carefully executed. We maintain rigorous quality standards so your project meets our high expectations—and yours.
Please note: lead time from selection approval to project completion is approximately 6–8 weeks.

Professional Installation
The final step is the installation, where your vision becomes reality. Our professional installers are careful, respectful, and detail-oriented. They ensure every cabinet fits perfectly, creating a seamless and polished result. With Rivermill, you can trust that your project will be installed to the highest standards, making your space as functional and beautiful as you imagined.
